Returns Policy

It is company policy to only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders.
Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of store credit.

We only offer replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.
If the shipment details were incorrect, or ordered the wrong size or color, We are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
We leave the customer in charge of capturing the right information for their order.

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact us at sales@everythingsweaties.com directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you. 

If you received a different item than ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.

In light of recent fraudulent activity from Afterpay users, We do not offer refunds or replacement with orders purchase using Afterpay.
